[HADA] Checklist item follow-up actions are now available
When a worker submits an answer that matches your conditions, an issue is created automatically.
Follow-up actions — built to reduce registering an inspection and an issue separately — are now available.
Hello from the Hada operations team.
Admins set when → what on each checklist item. Workers just submit the inspection; if the answer matches a condition, an issue is created automatically.
✅ Set follow-up actions in the dashboard
In the checklist item editor, choose Use follow-up actions, then set the condition and issue details.
- Condition examples: “When No is selected”, “When unanswered” (only if the answer is not required) — options depend on item type
- Action (v1): Create issue — title/body templates and a check-result link
- Tap ? next to Follow-up to read a short explanation
Guide: Set follow-up actions
✅ Submit inspections as usual in the app
Workers fill out and submit the checklist as before.
- If the current answer matches a follow-up condition, a hint appears under the item: the answer will be sent to admins as an issue automatically
- After a successful submit, the server evaluates conditions and creates issues (no confirmation modal)
- Manual issue registration remains available when there is no rule or an extra issue is needed
