[HADA] Check assignment modes · Period total now available

For weekly and monthly checklists, choose No assignment, Per assigned day, or Period total, and track completion by period.

A long-requested capability is now available: completion rates for weekly/monthly checks without a fixed day of week or date, using Period total.

Hello from the Hada operations team.
In checklist settings, How should checks be assigned? lets you decide whether checks are due on each selected day, or whether completing at least N times within the period counts as done.

✅ Choose how checks are assigned

When you create or edit a checklist under Check > Checklist settings, a How should checks be assigned? section appears for weekly/monthly (count) settings.

OptionUse when
No assignmentYou only need check counts, not a completion rate (same as leaving day/date unset before)
On each assigned dayChecks are due on each selected day of week or date, with a per-day completion rate
Period total (at least N)Completing at least N valid checks within the week/month (or N-week/N-month bucket) counts as done
  • The section is hidden for Anytime and Daily.
  • With day/date selected, choose On each assigned day or Period total.
  • With day/date empty, choose No assignment or Period total.
  • The cycle preview shows | Per assigned day, | Period total, or | No assignment.

✅ Period total in status and statistics

Checklists saved with Period total use assigned-style completion rates in status and statistics.

  • Status info shows Period total.
  • Check history and Facilities show the check period, with a detail control next to counts to open checks in that period.
  • The history list shows results for the period, not only the selected calendar day.
  • On mobile facility home status, you can also see the check period and period history.

For “once a week” style checklists without a fixed weekday, switch to Period total to manage completion rates. Keep No assignment if you still only want counts.
