[HADA] Issue assignee, due date, and notifications

Assign an owner and due date per issue, and choose who gets create, resolve, and due notifications.

Issue assignee, due date, and notification settings are now available.

Hello from the Hada operations team.
You can clarify who owns each issue and when it’s due, and choose who receives notifications the same way you do for checks and complaints.

✅ Assign an assignee and due date on each issue

When you create or edit an issue in the dashboard, you can set an assignee and a due date.

  • Pick one admin (Owner, Super admin, or Manager) as assignee — or leave it unset.
  • If facility managers are enabled and the facility has managers, an assignee may be pre-filled on create. You can still change or clear it.
  • Due date is optional; when empty, it shows as “No due date.”
  • The issue list and detail views also show assignee and due date.

In the app (client), assignee and due date appear on the issue detail screen.

✅ Choose recipients under Settings > Notifications > Issue

In Settings > Notifications > Issue, turn each notification type on or off and pick recipients.

  • Issue created — An issue is registered for a facility
  • Issue resolved — An issue is marked resolved
  • Issue due — On the due date, at the time you set, for unresolved issues that have a due date

Pick one recipient type per notification:

  • All admins
  • Facility managers
  • Issue assignee
  • Selected admins

If no one matches the selected type, that notification is not sent (no automatic fallback).

Due notification send time is set in 10-minute steps.
